Stand for embroidery decoration - Alice

The wooden stand "Alice" is suitable for framing larger embroideries on plastic canvas: embroidered figures will be held perfectly by the stand. Moreover, the stand features characters from Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland," making it unique: you can decorate it yourself using varnish, paints, beads, pearls, and ribbons. Embroider parts (a and b) on plastic canvas and cut them out along the outline. Before stitching parts a and b together, find the center on both a and b, and draw a vertical line down from it. From this line, at the bottom of the embroidery, count 5 squares left and right to mark points 1 and 2. Take part a. Start edging from point 1 with an "overcast" stitch, without sewing it to part b, until you reach point 2. Start stitching both embroidery parts from point 2 until you reach point 1. Stitch only part b from point 1 to point 2. Secure the thread after finishing the stitch. Take the holder and insert it into the base slot. Place the finished embroidery onto the stand.
