Return of goods purchased of inadequate quality and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Approval of Retail Trade Rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.
In the case where the reason for the return of the goods is the purchase of goods of inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of suitable quality or to refund the money paid for the goods when it is confirmed that the goods are of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer and so on.
The cardholder can return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving reasons and receive the money back. The returned goods must be:
- The returned goods are in the original neat packaging;
- The goods are unused and undamaged;
- The goods have not lost their appearance;
- The returned goods are complete.
